Taken on the East Peoria side of the Illinois River at the park up the road from Harbor Pointe / Jonah's. Beautiful day for a walk and our dachshund, Peanut, loved it. Humorously, Peanut is 100% blind (adopted from TAPS thanks to "Best Friend's Friday" on WHOI), so while she appears to be gazing at the Peoria skyline, she's really just enjoying the sun and being held by my wife.
