Ponies with no water, molded hay, and dying colts, this baby I trespassed to save, it was stuck in the mud and drowning in a mud puddle, the baby is still barley hanging on, but I do know they are being neglected and I dont know what to do about it and need help, the owner can not take care of them and as of 9:21 pm still have no water.
