Groundbreaking for library expansion

There was a good turnout in Fairbury at this afternoon's groundbreaking ceremony for the expansion of its 106 year old Dominy Memorial Library. Library board president Jim Paternoster was joined by others instrumental in getting to the point financially where the library could begin Phase I of the construction which will be done by McCoy Construction. Entertainment was provided by the cherished local singing group Living Water.
