We were driving on route 29 in Pekin on the way home from a friends house and we saw black smoke. At first we saw a fed-ex truck and thought it was on fire. After we got closer we saw the tow truck, just as the fire department arrived.It was right in front of the Federal Correctional Institution. around 3:30 today.

That was my fedex driver. She was the only person to stop. She stopped and grabbed her extinguisher, about the time it really flared up. So they stayed back and waited for the FD.
