Living across from Springdale Cemetery on Prospect Road has had a few surprises, but this was a first in a decade. Went out the front door to get the newspaper, picked it up and as I turned back to the door a large pair of ears and eyes were watching me. I snapped this picture out of the side door.
She later made it back across Prospect to the wooded ravine and as she went it was apparent that her left front leg was dangling from the shoulder as if broken. Don't know how or if she was injured as she exhibited no signs of being in pain or stressed. Truly unusual for living in the city.
