I thought as I was driving down Rt.24 how spectacular the bridges really are....and what they represent to us as Peoria natives or close enough to it to inherit the name. I remember seeing these bridges when I was a child and is always was the main landmark as to the entrance of Peoria...I was also taken back by just thinking about all of those people who use this Peoria landmark who help keep peoria thriving and prospering...
