This is an adult eagle with a juvenile eagle landing in the wetlands. They watched the gulls fishing in one area and decided it was there turn to catch some fish. We have more eagles in Illinois than we did last year. Could be the great weather and the waterways aren't frozen so that makes it easy for the birds to catch fish.
