East Peoria Texas Roadhouse teamed up with the IL Law Enforcement Torch Run for the Special Olympics Friday. Offering pulled pork sandwiches, vegetable, rolls & a drink; served by local law enforcement officers from around the Central Illinois area, the lunch benefit gave 100% of donations to the Special Olympics of IL!
