I was heading south on route 40 this morning and to the right you can see the incoming storm. It was quick moving but I was able to find a parking lot to pull off in and was able to photograph that. As I got closer to Peoria I was able to see for sale signs and other large pieces of debris flying across the as well as a few lightning strikes that were so close you could see them fizzle out.
