This Storm is slow moving and the result of Hurricane Issac 2012 So far In Peoria, IL. I have measured 7 1/2 inches of rain in 2 days.
Friday, I removed 3 inches of rain from my 5 gallon bucket. Saturday (Sept. 1st. 2012), I collected 4.5 inches by 11pm.
I added blue food color dye to the water to better show the measurement on my Faithful old Wooden "Montgomery Wards Paint & Paper Store" yard stick.
