On the evening of a harvest moon it is uncertain if the weather will cooperate to make it possible to take a photograph that shows the full moon. This year the harvest moon was on Saturday, September 29. When I saw that there was a clear sky, I contacted the Eyer farm family near Anchor and asked if they were going to be combining corn. They said yes, so I left from Bloomington and met them as they were getting ready to transfer corn from their combine to a grain truck.
