OK, Chuck we need you to explain this to us.

We came in to work this morning -- RHMA headquarters on the north side of Morton -- and found this all over our front lawn. And no, they are not post-halloween doctored photos!

It's now a couple hours later and 50 degrees outside (and still foggy), and the "cobwebs" are still there.

We picked up a wet handful and after it dried we were left with dry, stringy whatever it is.

What is it??!
