Running Central donated 2 pair of spikes to two sprinters from Roosevelt Magnet to compete at the state meet. Both runners posted their personal best, and one brought home 5th place in the 7th grade boys 200m dash, and 1st in the 100m dash.

Both runners qualified for the state meet in basketball shoes.
