On the Verde Canyon train ride in Arizona last Wednesday, February 6th, as the sun was barely peaking over the canyon wall, this partial rainbow appeared. We were hoping Chuck Collins could explain why and how this occurred. It was a beautiful day with the temperature of 68 degrees.
