Hawk looking for something to eat

Earlier on the year we have several young hawks coming to our bird feeders to find a meal. They have grown some and this one was just 2 feet away from our picture window this morning, 3/6/13, looking for something to eat. We live on the NW side of Toulon, near the country. There was a nest of them raised this summer about 2-3 blocks from our home. Not sure of what type of hawk this is.
