Driveway flood from street

June 1st, 2013 - After closing the garage door we decided to open it back up and show everyone what we go through when we get any sort of rain. I've tried to get Canton to do something about this for 2 years but all they did was put white rock at the top of our driveway and tell me that they would clean the culvert out when it was nice out. They also stated they would let me know who was to foot the bill and if i was responsible for a new culvert. Everything is plugged at the end of our neighbors curb (the curb ends there as well). It splits there and 10% runs down her drive, 50% crosses the sidewalk and into our drive and the other 40% follows the road and then down our drive. Also posting another video that shows where it starts.
