It was fun to watch two boats with people bow and arrow fishing. The arrow is on a line so if it hits a fish (carp), it can be pulled in with the fish.

what you actually saw there were some pretty famous people shooting asian carp with local outdoor tv host chris brackett. the people in the boat with him were lee and tiffany lakosky, tv hunting hosts, and gary la vox of rascal flatts
