We went to the mountains for a few days and decided to take an evening drive over the mountain. It take about 1 1/2 hours to drive from Gatlinburg Tennessee over the mountain to Cherokee Tennessee. By the time we reached the top, the sunset views actually made me teary eyed at how beautiful they were.
