A Magnificent City!..St. Louis, Missouri

Summer came and my family was very eager to take a vacation to Colorado and hike in the beautiful mountains. Well, gas prices continued to rise so we had to rethink the vacation. We decided to visit St. Louis, Missouri and view the Gateway Arch instead, which was no mistake at all! This monument, standing 630 feet tall, makes capturing it in a picture very difficult! We had a very relaxing day walking along the riverfront and around the city. That night my family attended a Cardinals game, and even though they unfortunately lost, we had a great time cheering on the home team! Anyone ever given the chance to visit St. Louis, Missouri should do so, because you have to see it to believe it! Maybe I can look forward to next summer hiking and enjoying the miraculous mountains!
