Every year we participate in our town's Halloween parade. We decided to enter the float category and my husband came up with the idea to make an actual float---a root beer float. The mug of root beer was made over top of our farm vehicle--the john deere gator.
My daughter was the car hop complete with skates and I was the behind the counter ice cream worker.
My husband drove the root beer float thru a window made in the mug portion of the float. So our root beer float glided down the streets in the parade and my daughter and I walked along side. It was great family fun!!!!
