Saturday at Illinois Central College, Notre Dame's Jessie Wynn won the Class 2A East Peoria Sectional with a personal best of 17:39. This victory came a week after she won a regional title.

East Peoria won the girls sectional team title for the fourth year in a row, and Dixon won the boys title.
