The dancers in Gene Buckingham's dance troupe are unique group. We are all over 50. The oldest is 85 years young! The more energetic ones attend up to three classes a week. Some of these gals have been dancing together for over 20 years. They are an inspiration, and I look forward to tappin' with them every week at our Peoria Park District class. I wish I could win tickets for all of them! This picture is actually last season's class. We may have a few different dancers this season, but the spirit remains the same. "Keep on tapping!"
