At around 2pm on December 16, I looked out my window and saw how big and fat the snowflakes were. I knew my children would love running around trying to catch the snow on their tongues, so I bundled them up and we headed outside. Elijah, 8, loved tasting the snow as it fell from the sky. His little sister, Emma, 3, enjoyed sliding down the snow covered slide on the swingset. Both kids had a blast making snow angels. After about 20 minutes of playing in the snow they were both ready to come inside and get warmed up.
