EARLY FRIDAY MORNING, IN CHENOA, FEEDING THE BIRDS TOOK ALITTLE MORE PREP WORK THAN USUAL ,AFTER THE ICE STORM MADE IT'S WAY ACROSS CENTRAL ILLIONOS OVERNITE. BETWEEN 1/4 & 1/2" OF ICE LEFT SLICK AND CRYSTALIZED CHORES FOR EARLY MORNING RISERS.
