Bullwinkle, Sugar Bear and Rocky are licensed by the USDA. They help me educate the public about their species. They could not return successfully to the wild so they live in captivity. They are beautiful, highly intelligent animals that have a lot they can teach us on how to coexist with wildlife. They could not return to the wild because someone thinking they were helping them unfortunately did them more harm than good. But on a more festive note they help Santa out when he and Rudolph are not available or to tired to preform their Christmas duty. Seriously raccoons are highly misunderstood animals and are often harmed by people meaning to help them. I make these photos to get people's attention and hopefully change their attitude about them. The video I sent is my husband playing with the boys. It shows a side of raccoons that a lot of people never see. However, I do not suggest anyone playing with a wild raccoon!!!! They with no doubt would get bit. Raccoons are truly magnificent animals that need a voice. It would be wonderful if you became their voice and did a story on raccoons. Sincerely, Laurie Schneider
