I know what it is like to be making this ever-popular New Year's resolution to lose weight and get healthy. A few years ago, I made that very pledge to myself and I really MEANT it. After the birth of my second son, I got serious and set out on an amazing journey of health and fitness. I lost 60 pounds and just recently celebrated another anniversary of keeping the weight off, something I had never accomplished in the past.

I developed a love for fitness, and became a certified Personal Trainer. I now have a home business helping others to accomplish their fitness goals. My own success took serious commitment, but I am convinced that ANYONE can do it with the right motivation! I've never been a gym rat, just a regular mom with a success story and training to help others with their fitness goals. My passion is seeing others find their true potential and strength they never knew they had inside themselves.

Losing the weight is only one step of the process, and my personal goal for 2009 continues to be keeping myself fit and strong. But I especially extend that desire to others, and hope to help more people in the community develop healthy habits that will last a lifetime.
