Hello - I, like many others, have been overweight all of my life. I was committed to being the fat lady and seemed to be somewhat satisfied with that. After giving birth to my first daughter, my goals were set to lose weight, I had lost 20 pounds until I feel off track. My life consisted of eating fast food, drinking a lot of soda and lots of unhealthy snacking. When I topped the scales at my heaviest weight, I found out I was pregnant with my second child. I was mortified at the sight of myself and the thought of only now gaining pregnancy weight on top of it was very depressing. Once I gave birth to my daughter, that day my life changed. I vowed to never drink another soda again as at 6 sodas plus a day it seemed to be my main weakness. That day was the last day I have ever had a soda, I changed my eating habits, joined a gym, stopped snacking in the evenings after dinner and I have lost over 100 pounds since giving birth. I feel more energized, confident and best of all I feel that I am being a role model for my two daughters. I still have a bit of weight to lose and my sights are set at a goal.
Yours Truly,
