Bradley University Students March for Life

Bradley Students March for Life in D.C.

On Thursday, January 22, 2009, 20 students from Bradley University arrived in Washington, D.C. To participate in the 36th annual March for Life. The March for Life is a pro-life rally held to recognize the anniversary of Roe v. Wade, the Supreme Court case that legalized abortion. Bradley University students participated alongside over 200,000 other pro-lifers.

Following the March, on Friday, January 23, President Barack Obama signed an executive order reversing a ban known as the "Mexico City policy," which previously forbid using taxpayer's money to fund international groups that perform abortions.
