Meet Mindy and Randy, two young people that knew of each other in school but found out later that they wanted to spend their lives together. Randy was called to his second tour of duty shortly after they found out they were going to have a child. Mindy spent her pregnancy without Randy to share in the experience and not only did he miss the pregnancy but he also missed out on the birth of their daughter Kierston. He was scheduled to leave on a mission the day she was born but Mindy did get a chance to let him know his daughter was a healthy baby. Then no contact with him for an entire month. It was a very emotional time for both parents, they both missed each other terribly and Randy couldn't wait to get home to meet his daughter for the first time.
Now that he's back home they have settled down into the daily lives of a young family. However, with their conflicting work schedules and the activities of raising a young daughter, they don't have much time to spend with each other as a couple. This vacation would give them the opportunity to relax and enjoy the love that started "Our Journey."
