Adult Nursing Students Need a Vacation! Hello, we are the Nance’s. Three years ago, Mark decided to go back to college to get his Nursing degree. He has spent the last few years attending nursing school full time in order to accomplish this goal. He graduates this May with his Bachelors degree. Michelle has been attending pre-requisite classes part time over the last two years, in order to get into nursing school. She just got accepted this week into the program to start in August. We have both been attending school and working part time to work toward our nursing degrees. Once Mark finishes, Michelle will be starting full time for the next two years. At the same time we have been working and attending school, we have been raising twin 7 year olds and a 5 year old. Mark is 36 and Michelle is 31 years old. We have worked very hard to spend time with our family and make sure our kids still had parents that were active in their lives. We both work with the kids in getting their homework done and spending time with them. Michelle puts in early mornings and late nights working extra on household duties while Mark is attending full time school and working. That role will soon change as Michelle begins her schooling in August. Both of us have worked very hard to maintain honor role status in school while raising a family. We are both active in volunteering and giving back to the school and community. We do not have a lot of spare time to spend on our own personal interests or with each other (by ourselves). We love raising a family and attending school but would really enjoy a vacation together. This Caribbean Getaway would perfect to celebrate the end of Mark’s schooling and the start of Michelle’s.
