It's that time of year again when hundreds of 4-H kids come together to show off their stuff at the McLean County Fair. Opening day started early this morning with many girls and boys bringing in their beautifully decorated cakes to be judged. It gives me hope to still see kids baking, sewing, gardening, woodworking, showing livestock and enjoying each others company. These are times our kids will never forget!
