The Heart of IL Vaulters are performing Saturday night August 29th, 2009 at the Northern IL Horse Fest held at Boone county Fairgrounds when the vaulting horse panics, falls backward, then on to her side with 2 of the vaulters on her. The children were able to dismount, then the horse falls twice more.
