Students at Broadmoor school in Pekin once again participate in Gov. Pat Quinn's River Sweep. This annual event helps clean the shoreline in Pekin promoting environmental responsibility, community pride and stewardship of the Illinois River. Volunteer and join the fun on Saturday, 19 September 8a at the Pekin Boat Club.
