Phil Finnegan was a wedding present my husband and I bought for ourselves. Neither of us had bought a dog before and decided to buy from an online breeder
(we now know better!). Phil Finnegan Champion is an Irish Terrier. When we brought him home we discovered he had fleas and two types of Mange. It took us six months, three different treatments, about one hundred vet visits and a lot of money but he finally recovered. Because he had such sick puppy-hood he is a very calm dog whose favorite thing to do is to lay with us and look out the window. But he is also very fast and has outrun every dog at the dogpark that he has met. This picture was taken a year ago outside our apartment after our second treatment for his Mange.
