Not until going on seven, too cold to sit will young children an extra hour waiting for the parade to start, we left after about 20 minutes, not worth waiting with hungry, cold kids after getting there around 5 to set up chairs...

Does anybody know why the parade got started late? When did it finally get started, we ended up leaving.
