There's nothing my dog Zoe loves more than snow, getting the newspaper, and when I have a snowday!

Holy Lots of Snow!

Holy Moly!! That's a lot of snow! I woke up early today to make sure I am not late to my classes at ICC. I take a shower, get ready quickly, and start packing my book bag. But then my mom tells me that my brother gets a snow day! Jealous, I decided to check my school email to see, JUST MAYBE, I might not have class. I go on to ICC website, and there in that red writing "ICC IS OPEN TODAY". Darn. Okay, I think to myself, that doesn't mean that my professors did not cancel. So I go on, the website taking a little longer than usual...every student at ICC was probably thinking the same thing. It finally loads and.......CLASS CANCELLED for my first class... CLASS CANCELLED for my second class...YES! Now I have time to play in the snow with my snow-loving chocolate lab.
My dog Zoe LOVES the snow. She runs around like a kid hopped up on sugar! She runs circles around my house. And one thing she loves more than snow is getting the newspaper. You see this on t.v. but who knew that dogs actually like to do this! My mom trained her as puppy when she got tired of going out to get the paper in her robe. Zoe being a Labrador retriever, she just loves to please!
So today, my dog Zoe is happy. She got to run around in the snow, might I add, in LOTS of snow. She got to play in the snow with me, and she LOVES to wrestle. And she got to get the newspaper, her favorite pastime.
