At approximately 7:30am on Mon. Feb. 22, 2010, a pickup truck at 511 East Grove Street in Bloomington caught fire, determined to be caused by a faulty car battery. Firefighters arrived promptly at the scene within minutes of the initial 911 call, and had it controlled within three minutes. Nobody was in the vehicle and nobody was harmed in the incident. No structural damage was caused by the fire.
