Memorial Day Flood

I live in the 800 block of North Second street in Pekin, Illinois. We have been having bad storms and heavy rain fall today. It rained so hard that the man whole in the middle of the busy street had spitting water coming out of there. It got so bad that it ended up flooding the whole street. It flooded a whole block. The water was up so bad it was knee deep. Had to call the pekin police to come out and either block the street off or direct traffic because I was scared that someone would hit the man whole and end up getting into an accident. So they came out and blocked the street off until the water finally went down. It was one crazy memorial day today.
