I recognize the location these photos were taken, it's my office parking lot area at the Home Builders Association in East Peoria! I can see the trees behind Dixon's that are underwater from my office window, and that is my view of downtown!

That same cell passed across my home. Many times a tail formed from that cell over my house but never fully dropped far from the bottom of the cloud what looked like no more then 20 foot drop but she was a swirling all the way across my house
