On the left is Aleigha Welty, Miss Heart of Illinois
Outstanding Teen with Kristy Maag, Miss Heart of Illinois. They were at the opening ribbon cutting ceremony of the Heart of Illinois fair at 4 today. Both ladies were cute and nice. Congratulations to both.
