Everyone was busy getting ready for the opening of the 61st HOI Fair. A few minutes before the opening the grills were turned on to cook food; cotton candy was being made and packaged; slush machines were ready to go; the power on rides was turned on etc. It was fun seeing all the workers getting ready to greet the crowds of people.
