I love flowers, and the more unusual, the better. This Love in a Mist flower comes up every year, but is not a perenial. It simply re-seeds itself, and is a rarity because of it's blue color. I started this Snow on the Mountain, or Bishop's Weed about 15 years ago from a small start that my Grandmother gave me.
